   Leading four ADAS/Radar projects for Mercedes-Benz — coordinating cross-functional, international teams of around 50 people in an ASPICE-regulated environment. Previously Scrum Master and RTE across ADAS/Radar programmes at Continental ADC GmbH.

   • RTE for a 9-team Agile Release Train; moderated 6+ PI Planning sessions and managed cross-team dependencies to SAFe practice.
   • Led a globally distributed Scrum team of 12 across 5 locations; established predictable sprint deliveries.
   • Designed 50+ eazyBI and Power BI dashboards for ART-wide tracking of feature completion, ticket burndown, risks and impediments.
   • Streamlined ASPICE assessment preparation (MAN.3, SWE.3, SWE.4, SUP.9) leading to successful audits.
   • Drove effective Problem Report burndown across the ART towards project milestones.
   • Moderated agile ceremonies across multiple Scrum teams and established standardised ways of working.

   • ASPICE-compliant development across the full SDLC — from requirements analysis to unit testing — supporting successful project audits.
   • Acted as Scrum Master and mentored junior developers in SDLC processes.
